The entire process was the rockiest experience I have ever had and she stayed firm and reassured me. The entire time, regardless of the obstacles thrown at us through this entire endeavor. She was bubbly and positive the whole time and extremely knowledgeable in her field and answered all of our questions regardless on how many times she explained it already. Even if I didn't want to, her bubbly personality and reassurance made all the problems we encountered seem like little inconveniences. I cannot even say enough words to praise this woman even more than I have already done before this buying/ selling process was even done with. She made us feel like we weren't just a client, But friends throughout the entire thing which gave a whole other feeling of comfortability and trust n a field we know nothing about.
