Selling our home while living in another state was not easy, and many times we felt stressed and unsure what to do. Judit was there for us through the whole process. She was always patient, kind, honest, and very quick to answer our questions. She explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand. One thing that helped us so much was that, because we were out of state, Judit would FaceTime with us and show us things directly. This made a big difference because we could clearly see what was happening and better understand what needed to be done. She was boots on the ground and was our eyes, nose and hands.. it’s scary not being present in the same state when you’re selling your home. But Judit impressed us and we felt so secure with her being our agent. Words can’t describe the comfort it gave us to know she handled everything with such ease. Experiencia fantástica: To start there are seriously so many reasons we rate Judit at 5 Stars so understand that I could never put into words ALL the reasons. Judit has been our choice as realtor for 7 years: 2 purchases and 2 home sales. Judit knows an overwhelming amount about purchasing acreage properties which really helped us with our interest in owning a small acreage ranch. She knew where to look, what to look for and most importantly what to stay clear of. Judit has a huge network that she has tapped into for us time and time again. When it comes to anything home related for improvements she was our go-to throughout the 7 years because we wanted her expertise and first hand experience (ex exterior paint, bathroom remodel, kitchen refinish, concrete work, house cleaners, carpet cleaners, etc). Judit became part of our family in so many ways: our kids love her as do we. She never forgot about our family for every holiday and that includes an annual gingerbread house for the girls and a handmade gift for our house (ex: handmade welcome sign for our entryway with an Idaho on it, and a homemade holiday gnome for the mantle— just to name a couple). Not only that but she sent get-well sentiments when I had surgery. Now let’s get to the logistics— she knew exactly what we needed to improve to get the most out of our sale, she staged our house beautifully, she had incredible photos taken of our property, she took 3D photos of the interior, she did a video tour, she sent out hundreds of postcards to potential buyers, she put out several commercials for our house reaching thousands of people, she completed several virtual open houses as well as in-person. She went to the end of the earth for us. She answers every phone call when we call and worst case scenario she called back almost immediately. With my schedule working graveyard at the hospital she would accommodate meeting us for signing papers even as late as 10pm. Lastly I’d like to say that nothing is beneath her— she was helping down to the last minute of owning the house by sweeping out the garage, disposing of a dead mouse from the garage, removing nasty fly traps, and so much more. I literally CANT say enough amazing things about this incredible human! I also can’t forget that her network spans the distance to other states via the training she attends to become a better realtor and business women— when our life had us move to Key West, FL, she was able to get us in contact with an honest hard working realtor from her network in the state we moved to. And now our life has us returning home and Judit came to the rescue again and was able to help us find our dream home and finalize the purchase SIGHT UNSEEN! Our trust and faith in her ability to find what we want and need goes beyond the typical realtor/ buyer relationship. BRAVO JUDIT! Love you girl!

They took care to make sure we understood every step of the way (not just that we were informed). They advised us as much as they could, and brought in experts, when needed, to fill any gaps. They have an excellent photographer who took a ton of quality photos for listing. Judit and Issac were always on time and pleasant. There were issues with the process, as there always is with real estate transactions, and they handled those issues better than expected in every case. They listed our house at a sensible, and reasonable price even though there were very few (if any) relevant comparisons nearby. We got multiple offers as a result of the good pricing they set up. Both Judit and Issac did not want to close a transaction simply to close it. They wanted us to get a good deal, and get what we wanted, not just chase their own bottom line. They provided helpful and relevant documentation to help set our expectations and help us do the best we could. They use every technological advantage they can leverage as well. We mostly handled transactions in person, but when a quick response was needed, they provided electronic documents. I have familial relationships who are in real estate in other regions of the US. They always backed up what Judit and Issac suggested, which tells me that they are honest and straightforward. We cannot recommend them enough. We are in the process of also buying a house, and they are representing us in that situation as well. So far they've been just as excellent on the buying transaction side as we've seen them on the selling transaction side. They did such an incredible job making sure that our house was priced right by checking the pricing daily. They went above and beyond all of our expectations every time there was anything that came up. A great example would be when our back yard flooded because of a neighbors irrigation pipe breaking. I simply texted Judit to let her know that it had happened and within no time Judit and Isaac were at our house with sump pumps and hoses and our yard was free of all standing water. I was able to ask a question at any time and if not immediately available would call back usually within minutes. She goes above and beyond when it comes to buying and selling. Her experience and expertise shows. From the very first meeting, she focuses all of her attention on you, and it doesn’t stop when your house closes. She still sends reminders of forms to be sent in, and stops by regularly to make sure you have everything you need. She has so many connections from fence people, to electricians, and plumbers. I must say that Judit was the best realtor I've ever had. She is professional, knowledgeable, and yet very personable. She patiently showed me a wide range of homes and properties because I really didn't know what was available in the Idaho market and didn't even know what I wanted at the time. Experiencia fantástica: Judit helped me buy a house! She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. The roof of the house I was buying had issues from the initial inspection. She recommended a 2nd more detailed inspection from a roofing contractor and he took one look and knew the shingles were from a bad batch that the manufacture sold the year my house was built. End result = Completely new roof covered under warranty at ZERO cost to me! If Judit had not suggested an additional inspection with a trusted roofer, I would have had to buy a new roof sometime in the near future. She is awesome!

It was nice to find a hard working very knowledgeable realtor in the area to help her. (we are both out of state) Judith had an uncanny ability to predict and understand the market. She went above and beyond a realtors responsibility to get the home listed and sold. We received a number of offers in the first weekend. One was her buyer and it was actually the highest offer but there was also a cash offer that was just too good to resist. All the offers received were within a few thousand dollars of the listing price and a few of them were above the listing price. Not so high that we thought we left anything on the table.
