A challenge that Dennis lived up to and helped us get into our first home against several other offers equal to or above ours. In 2025, we ended up selling that home through Dennis in about 30 days (accepted offer), which was within our window of purchasing a new construction home on the other side of the valley. Dennis showed up to inspections, design work, and other milestones in the new construction process which was very helpful. Sometimes when you are in the middle of a 4-6 hour design meeting it helps to have someone tell you whether or not you're crazy. Overall, I'd recommend Dennis to anyone seeking a solid agent in the Treasure Valley. He is responsive, well connected to other realtors, creative, and professional.
