Experiencia negativa: We had a highly frustrating and uncomfortable experience dealing with this realtor. After submitting an offer on a home that had already been significantly price-dropped, we were strung along for nearly two weeks. Throughout this process, they continued to "entertain" our offer—asking us to increase our bid, drilling us for specific details, and even holding another open house while keeping us on the hook—only to finally present a counter-offer at the very end. Whether this stalling tactic came from the seller or the realtor, the communication and handling of the situation felt incredibly unprofessional and made us highly uncomfortable. We offered over their second listing price, but the exhausting back-and-forth and lack of transparent dealing ruined the entire experience. I would advise other buyers to proceed with caution. **To respond to your reply, of course you have to accept/reject offers based off your clients needs. But in this particular scenario you were asking for much further details than needed. In addition, if you or the seller asked me to increase my offer, then they really shouldn’t have decreased the listing price by >$40,000. I’m not upset that fact that my offer was not accepted, honestly I’m glad I didn’t go through with that house. I felt the seller/seller’s agent was playing too many games and I felt the need to express my concerns via this review. Thank you, but I will not be reaching out**

They were always accessible and easy to communicate with. At our first meeting, they came prepared to do business. They had comps about other units in the area and detailed info about how long they’ve been on the market and their listing price so we can enter the market at a competitive price point. They also provided a professional photographer at no additional charge to take photos of our unit and they had it listed on social media as well. The Co-op Board had strict rules when it comes to potential buyers, so Team Chang recommended that we pre-screen potential buyers using the Co-op guidelines beforehand to make sure that the potential buyer had a high chance of getting board approval and no time would be wasted during the process. It was brilliant on their part because we went to the board once and the person we ultimately decided to proceed with, received board approval! When we encountered any obstacles, they were quick to help facilitate conversation and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible. They were always punctual, they showed up when they were supposed to and brought their A-game to every open house and every interaction. We had a great experience working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing an agent. This team had an open house and - in the middle of the busy dining room, Charlie barked at all his potential clients, ordering us to leave the room because there was a signing going on... at an open house... in a crowded dining room. Extremely unprofessional. I would never use them.
