His incompetency, dishonest, disgusting, and despicable attitude and behavior are inappropriate and unacceptable. Most of all someone you NEVER want to work with or waste one second of your time. We are so happy the nightmare is over when we no longer working with this company.

I appreciate the time he takes to explain things in depth whenever I have questions or concerns. Tyme Management knows NYC property/tenant laws and policies. This removes the confusion and gives me an expert to consult with regarding mediation and options when issues arise. It has taken a great deal of stress out of property management especially for individual or out of state property owners. They can take care of finding apartment/home repair specialists at a fair price since they already have established relationships with many businesses already. This saves so much time and research for individual owners. They are also available to respond to a tenant’s issues or concerns quickly since that is their specialty and they are in the local NYC area. They are a great, reduced stress option when it might not be a prime time to sell a property but worthwhile to rent it out until the market is better. Been recommending them to friends who are in that position.
