Experiencia negativa: I've been working with an agent based at this office who has demonstrated highly unprofessional conduct (getting angry at a listing agent for doing her job???). When I informed the broker of my experience he appeared unsympathetic and unempathetic about the fact that not only do I have to hustle to find a new lender for a condo purchase (due to circumstances that his agent should have foreseen and informed me of prior to my signing the purchase agreement) but I may also have to fork over extra money upfront to finance the sale (while this agent sits at his desk waiting for the arrival of payday on his commission)! This is outrageous. No wonder the real estate industry gets such a bad rap!!! To top things off, this agent is representing himself as an 'Award-Winning Sales Agent". This is a warning to all prospective clients to think twice before signing any type of exclusive agent contracts upfront.

Experiencia negativa: To the general public, if you have any dealings with this agent, Kammy Xiao Nguyen CBR, kindly stay away from him and do not take your business any further. This agent, Kammy Xiao Nguyen CBR, is very misleading and does not present your offer to the seller. He makes believe that, oh yeah, your offer was submitted, meanwhile he does not submit your offer. Very unprofessional and unfriendly to do business with them. This in reference to property located at 10121 90th Street, Ozone Park, NY 11416.

Experiencia negativa: Keller Williams is the worse Realestate. Was in process getting a house! already had accepted offer then scheduled inspection and paid almost $1,000. Then sellers lawyer sent contract to our attorney for review. After he send it back we waited to get response for 3 days from seller attorney, apparently they were playing games with us because they were showing house to other people when they already had contract out to us. Then after 5 days they came back that they accepted other offer. This is illegal to do that. I will be taking this real estate agents to court and the sellers. Be very careful working with them they just bunch of liars. When they telling you that they not showing your house to anyone it’s a LIE!! Especially when you meet with Evan Xu or Claire Lung just run from them they will tell you what you want to hear and behind your back they doing their thing. Money Hungry!!

Experiencia negativa: Company is rasict towards black people when finding an apartment will have you put in application but will never submit it to landlord was lied to multiple times .. if it’s not the same color person as you 9 times out of 10 they will not even blink and eye to help you nothing but excuses !!!!!! I even asked to see the email saying I was denied by landlord and no paper work can be provided for me after that I was just ignored and her name is Liliana Chan she should be fired !!!! People like that should not have power over who is homeless and who is not fire her and I’m reporting her

I made an appointment, which the listing agent confirmed and did not bother to say anything until I got the house, and buyers 5 minutes, when I called to find out if she was on her way, then she told me that the house is no longer showing. To me this photo looks pretty confirmed

Experiencia negativa: Other reviews charge them as being "pushy" and "aggressive", but I would also like to add "lazy". Would not want to deal with them at all, but professionalism and ethics trump all grievances one may with this RE office. With the exception of Dylan Bugallo, who is a total sweetheart, the rest of the office was unpleasant to deal with. Just make sure you don't get on their bad side, or the leadership may just report your office to LIBOR if they don’t get their way. And without giving two hoots about your personal issues. Seems a vindictive thing for them to do, but that's just me. I know this doesn't affect how customers will decide on using them, but I felt the need to get this off my chest.

Experiencia negativa: The WORST experience Ive ever had before and during, with a realtor “team”. four days after initially contacting the agent I finally was able to view a property she shows up and is sitting on her phone doesn’t know any of the answers to any question I have about central cooling & heating system. Sat on her phone while I was asking her questions and didn’t show me a single thing in the house. I had to walk from the 1st to 3rd floor all by myself figure out where the master room is and show myself the house. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had if Tina is your Realtor or deirdre I feel bad for you. I highly recommend finding another company to list your property if you at all considered using this shady company. Asking personal questions leaning towards discrimination. DOS is deff going to be receiving a complaint about these people. I’m sure they have before..

Experiencia negativa: I made the regrettable decision of trusting Helen Keitt and Eamonn Carr to serve as dual agents for a transaction. They were rather aggressive from the onset and should have taken that as a sign but proceeded anyways. They promised to let me in to the house with a contractor as long as I signed the contract, which was all a lie and just their way to manipulate me into signing the contract. They were dismissive and simply rude when we asked them to uphold their end of the agreement. They also failed to adequately disclose their role and responsibility as dual agents. In short, don't even bother here, use a professional.

Experiencia negativa: When I look upon all these favorable reviews pertaining to Deidre Folan of Keller Williams, I refuse to believe we’re talking about the same individual. We were treated like second class citizens in that Deidre only showed up twice in our meetings to see the home we were interested in. Every other time, she sent her assistant Jessie, who I thought a teenager, but age is irrelevant, but Jessie hadn’t a clue to any of our questions, but nevertheless we wanted the house and closed on it. Prior to the closing, Deidre asked us if there was anything we wanted as the previous owner would leave certain items we were told. I took off work and went with my wife to see what we wanted. We told Jessie, her assistant we would like the washing machine and a desk. We were never given a final “walk through” and found the washing machine gone and water gushing out from the hose in the wall where the washing machine had been. I told our contractor about it and he talked me through how to close it from a certain valve. Deidra Folan claims we didn’t get the final “walk through” because she didn’t want to bring Covid back to the office and yet when I met her, she hadn’t worn a mask. In either case, when I mention this water gushing from where the washing machine had been, she texted she would pay me $200.00 towards it. Two months had gone by and I hadn’t heard from her and when I called her, I found I was blocked, so I took a train and a bus to the Keller Williams office in Bayside. Deidre Folan nor Jessie was there and was told Jessie just left and the staff gave me Jessie’s number. When I did finally speak to Jessie, she related she had nothing to do with the washing machine, etc. Then I got a text from Deidre Folan that she would call me that weekend which she didn’t. I was surprised I was able to reach her (after being blocked as I could no longer read those texts where she indicated she would pay me the $200.00) she said she would send me the check, which I have yet to receive. I managed to get the name of the owner at the Bayside Keller & Williams who was nice and sympathetic after I related my story to him and he in turn gave me the manager of that office’s name and number. I called that manager and related the story to her and she immediately sent me a check for $200.00 (towards the $320.00 water bill I got because of the leak) and said Diedre Folan “said she had sent me a check.” If she did, I never received it. I have no idea Diedre Folan acted in this manner after we paid $890,000 (no mortgage mind you) and was the easiest $34,000 commission Deidre Folan / Keller Williams had made and yet I was treated like this. Probably Deidre Folan’s “FOXY” vanity license plates say it all.

Experiencia negativa: Why does Keller Williams charging expensive desk fees to their sales agents. Are they running a goggle information system or internet cafe. Making thousands per months from sales agents. Are they really producing sales?. Or making thousands from desk fees.

Experiencia fantástica: Tim Ho, helped my grandmother sell her home here in Whitestone. The house was listed and sold within 3-weeks and Tim helped us through the entire process. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: my experience was horrible, all they care is about selling homes because they make more commission and once they sold you home they done with you, they are very aggressive, most of their listing is over priced. If you cannot afford something they lie and they tell you the market is going up to force into buying. They have the power to make you homeowner and get you the best price, but they want more commission so they don't. Most of them are young and very aggressive, $30,000 commission isn't going to make you or break you. Don't use them, use other agent in the area better, and they don't get back to you right away you gotta keep calling and following up with them. Go else where, you will find what you like at lower rate.

Experiencia negativa: The Keller Williams Realty Landmark's agents kept on calling me day and night about whether I want to sell my house. Do they even realize that in NYS there are cease and desist zones? Reported this to the branch and yet they continue to call me. #SMH

Experiencia negativa: Most of the people here were very knowledgeable and helpful in forcing me to sell my house. Unfortunately in the end, they discovered it wasn't my house to sell. Oh well.
