Seriously!. They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. They really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind.

Experiencia fantástica: Hugo sold a house in New Jersey for my husband and I while we were living in Canada. Hugo went above and beyond in so many ways as we were not able to get down to New Jersey ourselves. He had the house listed very quickly for us and got the siding fixed, got an oil tank dug up, had the house cleaned out, got smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed, and that is just the tip of the iceberg of what he did for us. We could not have picked a better realtor especially for our unusual circumstances. He's top notch.

Experiencia negativa: My wife and I did a renovation on our home and as a condition of our construction loan we periodically had to have inspections of the progress of the construction. Hugo Meza was assigned by my loan company to conduct one of these inspections in late summer of 2021. In December of 2021, I received an unsolicited Happy New Years text message from Meza with his real estate agent signature. I expressed my dissatisfaction with receiving this message and inquired how Meza acquired my information, forgetting who he was. He initially ignored my inquiry and then I informed him I would be reporting him to NJ Division Consumer Affairs. Meza then responded that he had conducted one of the inspections on my property and stated he would remove me from him solicitation list. Since then, I’ve received multiple mailers and again today received an unsolicited Happy Mothers Day text. I find this to be extremely aggravating and find his practices to be slimy and unethical considering he took my information as an inspector and is using it to try to solicit real estate business. I have already reported Meza to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and will continue to report this unprofessional conduct if it continues. Do to this type of shameless solicitation, I would never use Meza or anyone associated with his group for real estate services. I am considering exploring legal avenues and attempting to have his real estate license revoked on the basis of unethical conduct.
