From the very beginning of our home buying journey, Oscar presented himself with professionalism and attention. Oscar took his time to make sure he understood our wants and needs in order to cater a personalized approach to the home search. The best part of working with Oscar was his dedication to our best interest in mind. Oscar checked in with us on a weekly basis, preparing a game plan on what houses to see, aggressively scheduling viewings as soon as they were available, and being super responsive and timely on getting our offers prepared and submitted. Oscar treated every offer we prepared distinctly, making sure we put the most attractive and competitive offer forward, according to what made most sense to each seller. Experiencia fantástica: Had the pleasure of working with Oscar when selling our family home. I had hesitations as I was not in direct communication with him initially. However, come game time (open house), Oscar was on point. When the family was losing hope, he took time to talk through new strategies with us on getting the listing up again and always kept our hopes up. He also guided us on where, in his opinion, we were okay not spending or where he feels we'd gain the most returns. Ultimately, the decision was always ours, and he was always very professional, never pushy or upset, which I find is important when we are talking about a huge sale. His Spanish skills were very helpful to us as he'd serve as a translator with some of our contractors. Really helped make sure there were no miss-communications on what we were looking to get done. He was also local to our family home area and so was able to drive over to the home much more readily than we could to check in when needed. All in all, the whole operation could have been super stressful, and so we really appreciated how much Oscar took off our plates.
