All in all, the purchase of a condo that checked all the boxes would never have occurred if not for her professional help!

Experiencia fantástica: We recently lost my mother in law. We were overwhelmed by the task of emptying her home and getting it ready for selling. Jennifer stepped in and immediately took control of everything. She not only helped us to make sure that all of Mom’s beautiful furniture was donated. She had an antique dealer come in to asses the value of some items. She helped us with a few repairs that needed attention. She marketed the home beautifully and within one week we had a buyer. Jennifer is an experienced real estate agent. She was always available by phone and returned calls quickly when she wasn’t. It was a pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her if you need to sell a property.

Jennifer has a team of people at her fingertips to jump in if anything arrises (and if you’ve sold a home, you know, something ALWAYS comes up!!). She’s very dedicated, knowledgeable and willing to tackle any obstacle! If you’re looking for an agent that will put you and your family first, call Jennifer Szewcyk!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer is the ultimate professional. She knows her business inside-out and it shows every step of the way. We moved back from Florida to NJ for the joyous upcoming arrival of our first grandchild. We started looking online from Florida and found a gorgeous-looking townhouse in Florham Park, near the rest of our families. It had only been on the market for less than a week. Although we were a little leary about probably having to buy without seeing the place in person, Jennifer jumped right on it for/with us, starting with an in-depth FaceTime tour of the house. It looked so gorgeous and immaculate that we immediately put in a bid, and Jennifer took it from there, expertly (and successfully!) guiding us through a minor bidding war, with at least 3 other buyers. Then she also expertly guided us through the Lawyer Review, Home Inspection (including follow-up), and Closing processes. We had started looking online from Florida in mid-November, and we moved in on December 21, around a mere month later! Awesome in every way!

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer is very easy to work with. She is always quick to respond when we needed something. She has great knowledge and helped make this process smooth and painless. Even during this pandemic she was able to make the process seamless and pleasant. I highly recommend Jenn.

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer made it so easy to sell our home! She was very personable and professional thru out the whole process! Jennifer put our house on the market on a Monday, with our first open house being the following Sunday! Within a few days we already had 3 offers and then received yet another off at the open house! Long story short, we closed on July 2, 2019! We were very happy with Jennifer's professionalism and highly recommend her to help you sell your home!

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer was our realtor when my husband and I were searching for our first home. We were unsure between a townhome or a single family. Jen listened to our needs and showed us both and we narrowed it down to what best fit our lifestyle. She made herself available constantly to us, and if we needed to hear back from a property and things were stalled on their end, Jen made sure she kept on the other party. She was there every step of the way so that my husband and I never felt confused as to what to do, or overwhelmed. So we ended up buying a perfect renovated townhome in our #1 choice area. We got it under budget thanks to Jen’s smarts and great bargaining skills! We love our home! My husband and I recommend Jen to anyone that’s looking for a SKILLED and SMART realtor. Shes motivated and patient, and one day if we choose to move again she will be our #1!!
