Experiencia fantástica: I went to the Bay Meadows location, not the Fleming Island location. The Bay Meadows location was excellent very professional and a good location for me to make the closing. I was staying about 3 miles away in a Comfort Inn so it made it very convenient to go to the Bay Meadows office.

Experiencia negativa: The watson agents were on the side of buyers than us they sold our house on this market under the market value. Gave the buyers a credit !! and made us pay for it. They did not abide by verbal promises given to US. The closing Costs and numbers was given to us" as draft "on the closing day not 3 days ahead and the flipped the numbers right in front of us... Our check has not been cleared by our Bank/ Truist yet. closing was 7/02 and today is 7/07 ... I would like to know how Mr. Watson would rate this process...

Experiencia fantástica: Glenn Nedrow has been a long time acquaintance and someone with whom I've done business with for almost 15 years. He has always been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in our prior transactions, so I was extremely excited to hear about his transition into Realty a while ago. When I began exploring the possibility of purchasing a home, he was the first person I reached out to, and I can't express how grateful and thankful I am for all the work he did to help us achieve our goal of home ownership. And this review is long overdue (sorry Glenn!) Long story made short: I had credit challenges, so we couldn't find a lender. I had given up, as we were running out of time to "make it happen" before our lease renewed in our apartment. Then he found someone and we got approved! After looking at a number of old housed (trying to keep the budget low) we found a town home we liked. Wife loved the location. Being a VA loan, there were many additional hurdles and challenges to overcome to complete the sale. From the appraisal, etc. it seemed as if something new would pop up every time we overcame the last roadblock. Glenn was "Johnny-on-the-spot" with everything though, making sure follow-up and follow-through was done by all parties involved, and we probably don't know the half of what he had to do to get us in here. His attention to detail and constant persistence to stay on top of everything enabled our closing to go smoothly and enabled us to become homeowners! So thank you again so much!! Eric Rasmussen

If anyone has waterfront property to sell or is in the market to buy waterfront property, you can’t do better than this agent.. He doesn’t give 100 percent.. he gives 150 percent..

Experiencia negativa: When I first entered the building, it was very pleasant. Everyone was very nice. When I left, I felt great because there were a couple of rentals that matched my needs. We were informed that there was a property Jenn had in mind, but she wasnt 100% sure it was available. She was given emails and phone numbers so she could keep in contact for when she found out if that property was available. She also assured me that I'd be put on an email list for properties that come on the market so I can be updated with potential listings. Later that day, I got a call from a colleague of Jenn's who said she was going to email me a listing that looked like a good fit. I never got that email. I've emailed Jen since then, requesting an email with listings that are available, stating there was probably a mix up with my email. No one ever got back to me and they were aware of my short time frame to locate a new place to live.
