Experiencia fantástica: I’m a military member and moved here in 2016. We had had a terrible time finding a place, but Rebecca Bingaman was patient and persistent. Unfortunately, we ran out of time on my Leave and we had to go back home empty handed. Rebecca kept at it and when I found a place on-line, she and the team checked it out, sent us videos and got the scoop on the area so even tho we hadn’t actually seen the house, we had a good idea of what we were getting so they helped us make an offer that got us the house. Through the years, we kept in close contact and when we decided to make make this our final destination and started looking for our forever home we knew who to call. This was right after COVID and we lost 5 houses in bidding wars. But with Rebecca’s help, we kept at it and she and my wife found us our forever home. She helped make a better deal than the asking price on the new home and then, just before closing on our old home, which she sold for us, she brought up new information that helped us increase our asking price and put some serious extra cash in our pocket. She made the whole process easy. You gotta understand that my wife is a ‘picky eater’ when it comes to houses. But again, Rebecca was patient and persistent, really getting to know us so she knew what to look for and helped us find the perfect place for us.
