Experiencia fantástica: I can honestly say I've been waiting excitingly to complete this survey. Not too long ago my family and I lived in Georgia. We decided to buy a home in Utah so my wife reached out to Zillow for assistance. Adrian Maco called quickly afterwards and based on that first communication we were comfortable enough to allow him to do the search for us. Seeing that we were in Georgia we entrusted Adrian with the task of searching for homes and most importantly giving us accurate assessments of them. With the area homes being in high demand he kept us calm and explained the situation. When our first target was selected. He recommended a superb inspector who completed an accurate report of the home. This proved to be vital as underlying issues were found and we moved on in our search. Again, he kept us in the loop of what was occurring in the market area. Late one evening he called us that a home just came on the market. He rated the home highly and gave us concrete reasons why. Within 90 minutes he was able to secure us a contract all while other buyers were preparing to tour the home in the coming days. Adrian visited the home and spent considerable time uploading the video(like he did with the first home). We were overjoyed with what we saw. Not only did he find us a home with the specs we wanted, it was exactly in the area we were hoping for. Again, all this while we were in Georgia and to add to the mix was the Coronavirus situation. As we progressed in this purchase the loan officers he recommended were top notch. Great customer service! They took the time to explain the process all while being incredibly friendly. Adrian kept tabs and worked with the sellers in making sure items were resolved and a warranty secured. We got to sign the final paperwork in Georgia(with an awesome Notary) and again helped us by doing a walk thru afterwards and making sure keys were secured.
