Experiencia fantástica: We picked the Jana Caudill Team for our real estate needs (relocating from Spokane, WA to sunny southwest Florida) based on the number of great reviews they had online, and could not be happier with the experience! From our initial phone call with Jana (where we found out she and her husband were also both Boilermakers!) to the handoff to Cindy, another Indiana native, we were always in good hands. Cindy got us set up in their system quickly so we could do detailed MLS searches, filtering the results much better than Zillow or any of the other sites out there, and was not deterred by our rather vague requirement for WHERE we were shopping (someplace between Naples, north of Fort Myers, and possibly as far inland as LaBelle.) After narrowing our list down to 8-9 potentials, I flew down to Florida for a whirlwind 2-day house hunting trip. Cindy picked me up at my hotel on Sunday morning and away we went, visiting several houses that day, none of which really felt right except one “maybe” that was going to require significant updating, and already had an offer on it. Worried about being forced to make a decision that night before seeing the others on our list, scheduled for the next day, Cindy drove us out to the top contender even though our appointment wasn’t until the next morning... and I am so grateful she did, because as soon as we pulled up, I was fairly certain we’d found our new home! We went back out the next morning, toured the house and property, and made the decision to make an offer that same day. Cindy was also a huge help lining up the inspections and during the negotiations, getting us the house below list price. I should also mention Cindy referred us to Linda Culotta with Market Rate Mortgages, LLC, who was fantastic to work with!
