The first sale, which was under contract and scheduled to close in January, 2022, was interrupted by a serious sewage backup which required time consuming restoration. The second sale closed in June, 2022. During these periods, Mr. Reincke was immensely helpful to us in navigating the restoration while simultaneously keeping potential buyers and their agents aware of the status of the matter. As important, Mr. Reincke kept us aware of conditions in the market, including, most especially, pricing considerations. In the face of what appeared to be the beginning of a weakening market, the property nevertheless sold for a significant increase over the sale price in January. Mr. Reincke is one of the most professionally astute, dependable and empathetic individuals we have ever met.
