This young man was assigned through Weichert Realtors to show me a condo I was hoping to buy. After that first showing I knew I was in good hands. He was always on time for appointments and showed great people skills. He was laid back, not afraid to smile, had a good sense of humor and a confident aire about himself that told me he knew what he was doing. His attitude was positive and upbeat. He listened attentively and was sensitive to my needs and wants in a home. All of these qualities helped me to feel comfortable and at ease around him. I was also impressed with how knowledgeable Ed was in his area of expertise, and how informative he was regarding the housing market. He easily answered my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found it out, and always got back with me in a timely manner. Ed always set up showings and other appointments according to my schedule. It was never about him, but always about the client. This guy made himself available 7days a week and with no time restrictions. He never pressured me into making any kind of decision, but if I asked for advice he would offer information to help me make the best choice for my benefit. More often than not, buying or selling a home is a big decision to make.
