Key factors that helped me most: Experience. She stays up to date with the market trends. She knows a lot about what will and won't pass inspections. She will also point out potential areas of concern like foundation issues, signs of flooding, potential mold, old windows, leaks, or even just cosmetic issues. Her knowledge of the Northwest Indiana market is unmatched. - Willingness to negotiate. She will use the market and anything mentioned above to negotiate the best deal. -She puts the "real" in realtor. She doesn't sugarcoat anything. And she's not just in it for the sale. -Communication. Her job is basically 24/7 and she'll respond at 10pm if she has to. Many times a house would be listed at 5pm and we'd have the first viewing scheduled for the AM. Ultimately, I felt the need to leave a review like this because I've seen the way other realtors operate compared to Christina and I want to make sure you make the right choice in realator as much as she wants you to find the best home. Like she did for our family.

When a cold spell came, she made sure our pipes did not burst since we had already moved out of the house. She found contractors at reasonable prices to fix thing one the home inspection as we had already moved out of state and I was really busy with a new career. And when it was all said and done, it felt like the most painless possible process of selling our home.

We listed at the worst time - just when the market was shifting and rates were drastically increasing - so it definitely was not the easy to sell market it had been the prior couple of years. Christina went above and beyond to make it happen. She was very responsive, realistic and definitely a straight shooter when it came to discussing the market, how showings were going, etc. She had professional photos taken which were excellent. (Sometimes you come across list photos and wonder, “Why did they even use these?” But this was not the case for us.) She’s incredibly personable and easy to work with. If I still lived in the area, I would absolutely work with her again and I’d definitely recommend her services to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

I was very impressed with her, as she was very personable, understanding, easy going, flexible, responsive, and I never, ever felt pressured. In fact, I unfortunately pulled out of my first contract right before the closing due to association issues, and I never felt as if there were any hard feelings from Christina (although I felt extremely bad). Even though I just met her, she felt like someone I knew my entire life, and I was able to freely talk with her about my opinions and my must-haves. She was very patient with my need for a place that allowed cats, even when time was wasted due to wrong information on (other realtor’s) listings. I look back and think it’s remarkable that I was actually able to purchase a place that had multiple contracts at a reasonable price in this crazy market, and I give props to Christina for helping to make it all happen.
