He even started off the videos driving into the neighborhood so we could see it. When it came time to putting in an offer, even while on vacation with his family he took the time to get our offer in and make sure we had everything we needed. Throughout the entire process, they were both fantastic and I’m not sure if I would have been able to successfully close on my dream house without their help. John would always answer my texts/calls ASAP, and was extremely helpful in answering all of my numerous questions. It was the first time I purchased a home and there were some unusual circumstances with the seller. I had met with John several months prior to purchasing my house, and was unsure if now was the right time to purchase a home. John answered my questions and set up an automated search tool that would send emails with home listings that I would be interested in (location, price range, and features). It was in one those emails, that I found my dream house. After no contact from me for months, I called John the next day (a Saturday) and he met me to tour the property less than two hours later. He pointed out several items both inside and outside the house that I should be aware of and gave me his advice on how to proceed. That evening he put an offer on the house for me. The seller did not use the standard MS real-estate contract, and he pointed out and made amendments to several things in their contract to protect me. John successfully negotiated for the seller to pay a significant portion of the closing costs and to lower the purchase price of the property for minor repairs. John recommended a certified home inspector and local mortgage lender who was easy to work with and helped me close on the house within a month. Shannon provided contacts for home insurance companies and made sure all the paperwork was accurate and on time. They were both there to represent me every step of the way, and helped calm my nerves and explained everything to me throughout the entire process from touring the property to signing the closing paperwork. John is hardworking, honest, and will do his best to look out for and find the perfect house for his clients. I couldn’t imagine going through this process, without someone like John looking out for my best interests.
