Experiencia fantástica: Joy Schonewitz was an Amazing realtor.. Due to moving overseas, we had to sell our home and find a smaller place for our older kids to live while they attended college and/or recovering from the Covid pandemic. Joy was able to find us the perfect condo for our kids, handling everything we needed done before closing on the condo while also handling all issues needed with the selling of our house. Experiencia fantástica: Reached out to Joy Schonewitz mid 2020 ready to buy a home. As you can imagine, buying a home in the middle of a pandemic was not easy. Everything closing wise was all contactless, all document request and communication was though emails. Thought I would lose my mind, it was so frustrating, but Joy helped us though it on a daily basis for nearly 3 mths until we finally got to close on our home from the comfort of my car!! Crazy times!! There were many times, I just wanted to throw in the towel and walk away, but Joys support and encouragement wouldn't let us. As a Navy Veteran, I was going thru some stuff that made me homeless and living in my truck. She never stopped to encourage me to find the right fit. I mean she went and had a positive attitude because if not; I would be separated from my son and had to tuck my tail between my legs and head home to Texas. When you become a client , they really put their all into helping you and making sure you get to the closing table. They are full time ,award winning Agents.
