Experiencia negativa: Beware dealing with this company. My stay was plagued with issues. I was billed the incorrect rate over a 5 month stay and for several days after I checked out. The bill was thousands over the contracted rate and the company currently has not issued a refund for over a month.

Experiencia positiva: Contrary to the web site's description, it's only 1 floor (not a 2-story town house). You access it via exterior stairs. And it's very small---a small kitchen, small bedrooms, small bathrooms (and only 1 towel bar to hang wet towels). The kitchen table is tiny and only has 4 backless stools for seats. And the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The top of the coffee table had 2 bad holes where somebody had damaged it. Otherwise Beau Clair condo No. 148 was OK.

Experiencia positiva: A buddy of mine actually lives here. Nice condo, HUGE balcony, and an AMAZING view. Vibe can be a bit stuffy, but that's because most units appear to be weekend rentals. Nice amenities! Watch yourself on the gate, tho! The arm doesn't stay up very long, so if you've got a lifted vehicle & have to exit to enter the code, be ready to hop!

Experiencia fantástica: There's not a better place to rent with. Especially if you're in the military and on a TDY like I was myself. They are very helpful if you have GTC issues, and give great receipts broken down by the per diem so you can have an easy time filing your travel vouchers. On top of that, very helpful if you need anything and even went as far as to help me get some packages back I mistakenly sent there after I had left. Not far from Keesler if you're put up into the Villas. Across from the beach and gated, so safe area to stay. Lastly, they got me a place to stay pretty last minute, getting me out of a subpar hotel room. Recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent property and location, actually the most attractive building facing the Gulf in the area. We were there in November 2021 and stayed in Legacy Towers, unit 309. It is quiet, easily accessible, and very private being an end unit. The condo is beautifully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen with plentiful dishware, glassware, etc. The large deck has table/chairs for dining, and other chairs for relaxing while enjoying the Gulf view. Centrally located for shopping/dining/day trips.

I would rather stay somewhere else. If you are TDY there are better places located closer to base. But if this is your only option then do it.
Experiencia fantástica: We recently had the pleasure of staying a week at Legacy Tower # 2, Unit 307. It was a wonderful week and I'd highly recommend this property. The condo was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed and more for our stay. The condo was larger than we anticipated, very roomy and bright with a wonderful ocean view. It was comfortable and at the same time, felt homey and welcoming. I simply cannot think of anything we needed or wanted that was not there waiting for us! In a time of virus worries, it felt very clean and safe. There were nice little touches throughout the unit. The location is ideal - we did a day trip to New Orleans, visited one of the local casinos, explored the nearby mall and saw local attractions. Mixed in were relaxation days at the condo and long walks on the beach which is easily accessed from the condo. It was a perfect vacation! The staff at Gulf Coast Resort Rentals were responsive and helpful. They made sure we had all necessary information before our arrival. It was all very easy and well coordinated. They were professional and helpful and we felt we received individualized treatment. They were awesome and again, I'd highly recommend the property and this rental company!

Experiencia fantástica: I was passed along Jenny Harrison’s (Property Manager) contact information to help find a vacation rental. I called Jenny on a Sunday afternoon assuming to leave a voicemail due to the weekend. Jenny surprisingly answered and went right to work! I explained my wants and needs in which she presented multiple options for beach front rentals. Jenny was polite and informative in which you could tell she had personal knowledge of the property’s listed. Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve ever received. Jenny hustled for me since the moment she answered the phone and stayed connected through the entire process. My vacation rental is gorgeous and exceeds all my wants/needs. But the experience of a total stranger bending over backwards to accommodate your request will top my stay in Biloxi. You definitely want Jenny on your team, crushing it! Experiencia negativa: Condo appeared old and shabby. Decorated in 1980's Tuscan/yard sale style. Very, very dark. No beach feel at all. Company is very difficult to reach when things go wrong. I booked one condo and was switched to another condo without a phone call from them or anyone asking if we needed to change or adjust my booking. They changed us from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom resulting in our having to rethink sleeping arrangements, much smaller main balcony than I had selected, leaks in one bathroom ceiling, very, very old appliances, broken dining room chairs, broken toilet in master bath (we had to fix before we could use it), view from balcony was not what we had selected, second balcony so small only 2 people could go out at a time (main view was of the houses on the side of the building). Parking passes for the condo were useless. Get ready to park at the very back of the parking lot. Only reason I got to talk with someone in the office was because on site security called for me. I was promised a refund for our difficulties and received a less than 15% refund. Twice I was told I would receive a return phone call that never happened. I will never rent from them again and I would caution anyone who chooses this rental company. Have a back up plan because you will need one.
We are sorry that you were unhappy with the move. However, you were notified on 6/2/2020 and the email was read, as we do have access to see when our emails are opened. Your reservation start date was 8/1/2020. So you had 2 months notice. It’s not our fault if you do not read all of the material provided to you. The subject lines in our emails state "ATTENTION PLEASE READ". We followed our normal procedures.
It is also in our confirmation you were provided that condos are not guaranteed. Here is what it says...
Condos are not Guaranteed
We reserve the right to reassign comparable accommodations without liability should the unit reserved be out of order or not available at the time for any reason. When comparable accommodations are not available, the renter will be able to choose between other properties with no additional charges or receive a full refund.
Had we been notified when you read the email of the change, we would have been able to cancel your reservation and give you a full refund. Security called me the evening of your check-in. He stated that you had the email with you of the move to your new unit, but you were confused. I spoke with you and I lowered your nightly rate, cleaning fee and omitted the damage waiver for you. This wasn't enough for you. You wanted more than half of your money back. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms with a small bonus room (which is what you initially had) are 1743 sq and our 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms (which is what you were moved to) are 1812 sq. You were upgraded to a bigger corner unit. I've not had a single complaint on the unit you were moved to. It's a beautiful condo. All condos here are individually owned and even though its a condo facing the beach doesn't necessarily mean it would be a "beachy" feel. They are all decorated differently. There are no leaks in the ceiling, the oven is brand new, it was just repainted last fall, and in regards to the toilet, things do happen. Thank you for fixing it for us! In regards to the darkness, there are several floor to ceiling windows that are throughout the condo and receive a great deal of lighting. You have 7 people in your party and the unit you had sleeps 9 very comfortably. The parking passes you were provided with are 2 common and 1 garage parking. 3 spaces come with this condo. There is plenty of parking here. The balcony off the master bedroom and living room is very large and this condo also has a smaller breakfast nook type balcony off the kitchen. Your phone calls were not answered after I spoke with you the 2nd time because you are a very rude person. It was clear after our first phone call that you were not going to be pleased. You were rude to security as well. You would have gotten a lot more from us had you not been rude to everyone here. In closing, you made it on are on our “NO RENT IN FUTURE” list. Anyone reading this, please see for yourself and go to gulfcoastresortrentals.com and go to "select rental" search for the property T2-609. Balcony views are gorgeous as is the condo. Plenty of windows to open to get great lighting and a wonderful view of the Gulf.

The rental manager Shannon was very helpful with everything before, during and after our stay, true Southern hospitality at it's finest! Experiencia fantástica: Gulf Coast Resort Rentals has provided 5 star service from start to finish. When I made a call to setup accommodations Shannon asked for the dates needed and returned my call within 1 hour with options and provided photos of the available condos . I was also notified within days of arriving with information pertaining to resort features and access information. The condo was very clean. Everything I needed was provided. I was here on a extended stay for work and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. I would highly recommend Gulf Coast for a top notch vacation rental !!!

Experiencia fantástica: We have stayed at Legacy Towers twice, and we have loved it! Check-in was easy (office staff is very pleasant), and the manager couldn't have been nicer! The condos were beautiful with a very nice, split floor plan and open concept kitchen/dining/living room. The master bath was like a spa. Condos were clean and had a large doorwall and deck with beautiful views of the beach and coastline. Lots of restaurants nearby. We will definitely return to Legacy Towers next time we do a Mississippi coast vacation! Couldn't have been happier with our stays!

Experiencia negativa: Because of Hurricane Barry, we could not travel to the Mississippi Gulf Coast to occupy the condo for which we had paid almost $1,200. Others in our family had rented through AirBnb and they received full refunds without even asking. I requested to, at the very least, have the cleaning fee refunded, but I never even received a response. I was told that it was only rain that would be coming from the north. Really? The weather was so severe that the Governor declared a state of emergency. A conference of Boards of Trustees of the 15 community colleges in Mississippi was cancelled. This, the severity of the weather is well-documented. I am a reasonable person,, and I should receive a refund.
We are disappointed that you have made this review due to the fact that when making payment you knew our cancellation policy as followed. With any rental company they have policies, its good to clearly read their cancellation policies so you know ahead of time what may come.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 30 days or more of your arrival date you will get all monies paid minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date all payments will be forfeited, no refunds. Cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range will not receive refunds. After all, the property owner took the condo/villa out of the rental pool for you and may not be able to rent it out again. If you have purchased travel insurance and the reason for cancelling is covered, then the insurance company will refund your payments. It is most important that you are happy with the property you reserve and the dates before confirming to a reservation.
Experiencia negativa: It was nice having 3 bathrooms, BUT the condo was not clean! White socks were black from walking on floor. Hair in tub and showers, not ours. Tall table and tall chairs on balcony, my mother is older and cannot dangle feet, could not sit outside no other furniture on the balcony. Chair in living room was broken and sitting on plywood. I was afraid someone would tip over. Couches looked dirty and they were very worn and sunken in making getting off couch a challenge. Pool was dirty with leaves and white scum floating on top. This one is very minor, the washer and dryer are on the wrong side, you have to fight the dryer door to get clean clothes in the dryer. Take teaspoons if renting this unit it does have large spoons. The clincher, the elevator was broken this morning, 2nd elevator never worked while there. We were on 11th floor. Residents who lived there said we were lucky, the week before we arrived the elevator was broken for days. After about an hour maintenance was able to get us down, again my mother would not have been able to walk down the 11 flights of stairs. Probably would not rent again. We have rented many places Florida and South Carolina this was not only the worst, but also, most expensive. The layout of condo was perfect for our needs.
We are glad you have choose to stay with us. We apologize for the cleanliness level. Our goal is to have our condos sparkling clean. Therefore we have since made improvements with our cleaning staff to better satisfy our customers.
Experiencia fantástica: Stayed with GCRR while on orders with military. They were able to work with per diem rates and could attain a place to stay exceptionally quickly. Any minor issues that had arisen during my stay were corrected in a very timely manner. The office staff were so nice and willing to help with anything that they could. I appreciate them making my stay comfortable and pleasant.
