Buying a home remotely could have been really stressful, but he made the whole process feel smooth and surprisingly easy from beginning to end. One of the very first things he did was spend time educating us on the area. He knew the market extremely well and helped us understand not only the best areas to focus on, but also areas to stay away from. He also shared insights on future development and even things Ivins City Council was discussing and considering, which gave us a much better understanding of the long-term picture. We also had some very specific accessibility needs for our family, and he really listened. He took the time to understand what mattered most to us and was able to guide us toward homes that truly fit our situation instead of just showing us random listings. Since we were doing everything remotely, he went above and beyond constantly. When homes came on the market, he would walk through them for us, take detailed videos, and even fly his drone to give us aerial views so we could get a better feel for the property and surrounding area. It genuinely felt like we were there with him. He was incredibly available and responsive no matter the day or time. And when we found the house we loved, he was exactly the kind of realtor you want in your corner. He helped keep us from making emotional decisions or offering too much just because we were afraid of losing the house. He reminded us that we actually had leverage and helped us stay patient and strategic through the negotiation process. What also stood out to us is that once the sale was done, the relationship did not just end. He has continued helping us even after closing, including picking up packages and taking them to the house for us. That says a lot about the kind of person he is. He was there for inspections, repairs, closing, and all the little things in between. Beyond just being really good at what he does, he is simply a kind, honest, good person who genuinely cares about his clients.
