We met him 4 years ago, and he patiently kept looking for houses for us. When we’d change our criteria, he would adjust and help us find what fit those asks. At each house we looked at he would help us think about things that add value, make life easier, and will either be “fixable” or would cost more to fix our way. He was upfront about everything from the very beginning so we knew what to expect. He was spot on with his pricing and gave us honest feedback when we were leaning towards houses that were a bit overpriced. Experiencia fantástica: The sell of our house was the easiest thing we have ever done and it was all because of how hard Austin worked throughout the entire process! We knew we needed to get the house sold but really didn’t have the time or energy to get the ball rolling. Somehow Austin knew too and cold-called us a couple times and I could just tell he was a go getter and would get the job done! All I did was say “ok list it” and everything was done. It still takes the right timing, we listed going into the slow season but he never gave up working to find the right buyer and assured us he would get it sold.
