It seems that no matter how new the home or how smooth the deal should go, there seems to always be hiccups, and she handled every issue during the purchase of our home rather timely, efficiently and effectively. Our experience with Kimette was such that we no more finished the purchase of our home and had her start looking for our parents a new home. Kimette helped us find them their home (got stabbed by a few needles in the haystack along the way as they weren't easy to please) and even though the deal took nearly 3 months to close because of numerous difficulties, which were not of any fault of Kimette, but she was able to keep all realtors through a multi home transaction together and moving in the right direction. I know for a fact that if it wasn’t for Kimette, my parents would still be residing in Idaho as I have no idea how she kept the deal together and closed it out.
