She was such a delight to work with and helped so much in finding a home perfect for us. Our only lament is that we genuinely miss her company now that we have closed on our house. We genuinely hope that she will join us for our housewarming and remain a friend and visitor in the years to come. We could not possibly recommend an agent with higher regards, and would never call anyone else for our real estate needs other than Carrie. The experience of working with her feels more like working with a family member than an agent. Carrie has the unique ability to make you feel that you are her number one priority. She consistently answered all texts and calls within 5-10 minutes and never made us feel that any questions or requests were unimportant. Experiencia fantástica: We couldn't be happier with our realtor Carrie Adelman, we were selling our home of thirty years to downsize and weren't sure exactly what to do. Carrie had sold our neighbors home so we reached out to her for guidance, Carrie is a 5* realtor for a reason and has been a realtor her whole adult life, which was apparent by the kid gloves she handled us with. We took her advice on what improvements to make, suggestions on staging etc.Carrie did make one mistake in telling us our home would sell in 2 day's Fortunately it sold in 1 day. She priced our home based on her experience in the market for what we thought was a high price, within 24 hours we accepted an offer of 5 thousand dollars above the asking price. . Carrie was thoughtful and patient as we moved thru the process to get the Condo updated to sell and provided good advice on what to focus on. She also recommended excellent professionals to assist. I live 2.5 hours away and she helped make the process very streamlined. Fix up took about three weeks. Condo on market for 2 days and sold for full asking price. Two big thumbs up. :)

In my personal experience, I've witnessed family members houses sell within days, our 1st house sold with 2 weeks and I haven't even started on speaking about the the buying process with this company. With so many questions, even the 2nd time around, I couldn't believe the comradary with this team of such professional realtors. They all support each other which is what makes them an even better team. Someone was always available to answer any questions. We aren't just contracting these agents to sell our home. They become part of your heart. You keep the job they've done and the heart they put into it it with you. It doesn't go away. In my life, my first agent, was Barbara Harrigan, whom I've known since I was first born. She was such a near and dear family friend, that she to me, will always be that. Family. I will forever love and miss her dearly. So I knew exactly who to contact when we decided it was time to put our feet in the ground and make ourselves a home. I know she has family who also works for the same agency. By family, I mean not only people who are related by blood, but the closest of close friends who meant just as much to her just as she did to them. We had the pleasure of working with Carrie Adelman Ledyard to both sell our first home, and help us purchase our second. She has to be the sweetest, most loveable and caring person I know. (and just the absolute best at her job) Always goes the extra mile. Always positive. She never once got angry or upset with late night or early morning phone calls/texts with questions. She would leave meetings just to reassure my husband and myself everything was being handled and we didn't have anything to stress over. She simplified everything. It really got me when they didn't hesitate to carry on a sincere conversation with my 5 year old autistic son, and engage in the games he was playing. I assure you, they all left with hugs that day and maybe and "I love you" or two. They will not hesitate to give you any advice on what will help add value to your property to ensure a much quicker sell. These agents are professionals and though they've already been around for 52 years, I am confident they will continue to serve the local community whether it's helping you buy or sell a home, or simply being social and helping out at charity events. Always so exciting to see them fly by in their decorated golf carts in Hobarts annual 4th of July parade. They are all "go above and beyond" people in everything they do and they have fun with it. Theyre happy and positive. They make you excited to purchase our sell your home. They make it fun. They love their work, to them it doesn't seem like a job and they're always good for a genuine smile. Let them do all the work. They're the best.
