Experiencia negativa: I bought a house from home connection about 15 years ago. Ive found out they update electric in basement etc and the rest of the house has electric from 1940. The house is also full of asbestos. I used the inspector they recommend. Watch out when buying a house from this company. I've been told they sell houses with the electric only new in the basement to deceive people.

Experiencia fantástica: As a plumbing contractor who deals with landlords all the time and sees all Things landlords do to avoid fixing their properties, or assisting their tenants. I went into this place skeptical expecting the worst as my normal landlord guy that I liked had no properties available. This ended up being one of the most greatest experiences I have ever had with a Land Lord. I had an issue there was no arguing calling or calling 100 times to get them to come out to fix it. They were there. I’ve also never seen a landlord fight for a tenant. I was going through a really bad break up and I couldn’t get my girlfriend to move out. They tried everything that they could to assist me. They never surprised me by raising my rent and they let me do a shorter lease and paying month to month as I was shopping around for a house. They were very reasonable on the rent. The team was friendly and looked out for me. I recommended all my friends and family to these people if you’re looking to get on your feet and get your own place at a reasonable cost look no further.

Experiencia negativa: My house was no gem, but it took over 5 months to sell my house. I did get an initial offer from an investor, but thought that they offered too little. I finally got a decent offer after some concessions and was excited about selling the house. Home Connection did not tell me that I would have to pay to relocate the water meter ($3700) upon selling the house, until 4 days before closing!! How is there office in the same town my house was located and them not know this work would have to be done. The town said they spoke with Home Connection in 2014 to let them know of the ordinance. If I knew the relocation of the water meter was required, I would have taken the initial offer and not lost thousands of dollars on the home sale. If you want competent, knowledgeable realtors, look anywhere besides Home Connection Realty. In my opinion they were either negligent or deceptive and with either case, should have their licenses revoked.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible, our living room roof caved in, almost hitting my five year old son. Took them over a month to fix and gave us little credit towards rent. Which the repairs that we're done were horrible. Gaps in the trim work and even framed up the attic without us being able to get a chance to get our kids summer clothes down. Never severed a thirty day notice of eviction, showed up changed locks even the court guy was surprised on how they treated us. Would stay away from Mitch Gass's office.

I would never trust anyone else with my business but them! Hands down amazing people you won't regret working with their team!
