I was so impressed with him and his unique approach that we hired him to sell the Hobart house. A week before closing the wife had a stroke and passed away....so sad for everyone. Chuck got the house back on the market and it sold in a week for an even higher price. Next, we called Chuck to help us buy a for sale by owner home. The children of the deceased owner were in charge. There were a lot of difficult negotiations including selling some of the land on the property but Chuck found out how to do all of it and we finally were able to purchase the house. We called upon Chuck again last fall to sell our beach house in Miller. He and Dave did a great job of marketing and we just closed on it a week ago.
