I switched to Crystal on referral from a good friend and I was glad I did. Crystal showed up at every showing with more information than I would have expected. In multiple cases the information she provided was relied upon to decide against a home. Crystal was familiar with several realtors from the area who represented homes we considered, which was a plus in getting as much info as possible before making a decision. I can’t help but feel like this last point was critical in helping us close the deal on the home we finally settled on. The home went off market before we had a chance to express interest to Crystal. When she spoke to the sellers agent about it, he was confident that he had a deal. When that deal fell through, Crystal was the first to know and we got in same day and had our offer accepted later that evening. Crystal feels like another member of our family. Experiencia fantástica: We have dealt with many realtors over the years. Crystal is a rare breed: someone who listens. She did not present a single property to us that didn't meet what we wanted. We appreciate that, as it saves our time (as well as hers). She was also open to listings we found ourselves on sites like Zillow. She has strong local knowledge, which was crucial for us; we are relocating to a part of the country new to us. She was able to help us understand and navigate local zoning rules, and get a feel for the character of each part of the region. This advice was really helpful, as we went through the process to rule out properties. While she never crossed the line of professionalism, she did offer advice where she felt it was warranted. For example, one property we liked initially, she pointed out some pretty serious flaws to us that we may have otherwise missed. That advice is genuinely valuable, especially since she didn't comment on *every* property, just the ones where she felt it mattered most. I would strongly recommend working with Crystal and if we sell/buy another property, we will ask her to represent us again.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend Crystal Soliday. She was hired to sell my marital home as part of my divorce. I found her to be incredibly difficult to deal with because she refused to remain a neutral party. Every time I spoke to her she felt it necessary to voice her opinion with regards to some issue my ex-husband had discussed with her. She is VERY unprofessional and quite rude!
