Not only did he come right away, he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just super kind. He made me feel like I definitely made the right decision. He put us in a contract with a seller that kept extending the contract convinced us to pay for their closing cost up to 10,000 knocked the price down that we would be receiving only took the bear minimum of earnest money from them the buyers He kept dragging us along that everything was going great we’re closing Friday We never heard from him had to call and ask him did we close then excuse after excuse he was a straight scam he was convincing us we was selling for one price then it was another price We needed more paperwork nothing was getting done after 3 months he wanted another month we refused he was upset that we was upset being played over and over again their was no communication at all he kept assuring us it was sold we signed to release our earnest money and now title company won’t release due to unpaid survey that the survey was incomplete never had property details on it but he wants us to pay and property wasn’t sold so contract was void ..He has tried nothing to help us get our earnest money from the so called buyer but costed us money He works for the other guys not for the ones that hired him every thing he says is a lie and not to be trusted,We was making you money while you was taking from us and continuing to take .You def dropped the ball on our property not to mention never took a picture of the property to try and sell them only used my screenshots ,,I already had a survey I didn’t need another survey the buyer did not me once again not my responsibility we never hired them the buyer did this was a waste of our time with false hope DO NOT SELL WITH HIM ITS BEEN STRAIGHT HELL WITH HIM THE WAY HE TREATS HIS CLIENTS ,after 3 contracts we wasn’t going for the 4th he blame everyone besides hisself blocks our phone calls and cusses us out Something that should of been enjoyable he made it Hell
