From the start, Shane was helping me to look for a one single level home in a nice location of Thousand Oaks. Shane has extensive knowledge of real estate purchases/sales in the Conejo Valley area. We first met about 5 years ago, and he helped me navigate a very successful sale of my parents home in Ventura County after my dad passed away. The nuances of doing a sale, from many states away, from an estate, were challenging, but everything went smoothly, quickly and above asking price and escrow and the process were seamless because of Shane’s expertise and guidance. Earlier this year, I again was presented with another estate sale after my aunt passed away. Again, this was from many states away. I reached out to Shane as I was unsure if he was even handling Los Angeles County properties (as when we worked together prior it was in Ventura County). It was so calming to learn that he could (and would) be able to help us again, and again because of his guidance on pricing and handling negotiations - with a couple challenging aspects thrown in by buyers, we were able to do a very quick (again above asking price) sale and seamless escrow for this estate. Once our listing expired, we hired Shane and he had our house sold in a matter of days! Just last year he sold another home for us. To say he went above and beyond was an understatement. The home was a small ranch with multiple units on it. We were living out of state and he handled everything.
