In January of this year, my eldest sister transitioned and I had to leave for Texas immediately so see her before she transitioned. I was scheduled for a closing during that time as well and could not attend. I contact one of our managing brokers (Ming Richardson) , explain what I was dealing with and she assured me that someone would be with my client at the closing therefore I did not have to worried about my clients being take care of. This is just the kind of family we have at Maximum One Realty/Partners.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional people. Customer satisfaction is not there ultimate goal. The only thing they are interested in is making a sale. On 2-25-2019 I had a conversation with Saundra Jody Webb and she was very rude and her overall conduct was unethical. I was misrepresented by my realtor, and they refused to give me back my earnest money. The purpose of using a realtor is to guide you through you buying process and making sure you are happy. In my case Chiquita did not do so. I am left with no choice but to file a lawsuit against the Broker, and send a grievance letter to the Georgia Real Eatate Commission about Maximum One and there unprofessional staff. My advice to people looking for a realtor is to not engage in business with this firm. They are rude, uncaring, and unprofessional.
