Experiencia negativa: Some of the realtors need specialized training I stood by my sister and her husbands side ( which at the time my sister was battling an illness through this) while they were trying to go through the home buying process but the agent they had Ms.Carlisha scott was horrible they ended up walking away from her totally after constant lies and not listening to any of our home buying needs!!! We will never work with this agency again.

My wife and I began working with LaShawn in late March 2020 and immediately she took the time to explain what she can do for us and how we would achieve looking for a home as well as preparing to sell the old home. The biggest thing that struck us was that LaShawn listened to what our wants and needs were, our budget as well as what the goals we wanted in a new home. Experiencia negativa: This Real Estate Agency is racist! My former Real Estate Agent were Corki. I addressed my concerns to Henry/Broker and he is racist too. I'm a Veteran and I felt I was taken advantage of by this Agency. I was the seller but Corki were working strictly for the buyer!; also they wanted all the money. Corki came into my home and I visited her office; telling me what I should do; I told her no because you worked for me.She refused to listen to me during the entire process. I addressed my concerns with the Broker, I wanted a new Agent or get out of my contract, he said I couldn't do that, I told him I know my rights as a consumer. He was going to take me to court! I sold my house in McDonough, GA in May 2018. The buyer lied on her application to get help from the State of GA. I told Corki my limit was $2500 for closing costs, I paid over $$6000 for closing costs. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, as of right now Henry/Broker didn't answer this agency calls or emails. Please do not patronize this agency they're liars and have unfair practices; and they don't have integrity. They should turn in their Real Estate licenses because they're dishonest; they're supposed to work for the seller not the buyer. Still, this bothers me because I gave a lot to the buyer and she didn't deserve it; she was ungrateful as well, knowing she couldn't afford the house but Corki did everything she could think of, to make sure the buyer purchase the house. Corki and Henry/Broker needs diversity training. I give this agentcy rating a 0.
