When questioned, the contractor even admitted to inflating the report to help her client negotiate a discount! This was not an honest inspection—it was a coordinated scheme to manipulate the deal. If you’re selling a home and Nakia is involved, be extremely cautious. This kind of unethical behavior wastes time, money, and trust.

So, let me start by saying I started my purchase process literally at the height of the pandemic March 2020 so everything was up in the air and uncertain and I was unsure it was going to happen for me. The housing market was scares and everything she or I found there was an issue with it or someone made a bid more than mine. Government offices started closing but she was already ahead of it, she started putting a lot of things in motion to make the process as smooth as possible. My job had close so I was adjusting to work from home kids were home and I became so overwhelmed with everything.
