Experiencia fantástica: We had such a great experience working with our realtor Ricardo Gonzalez! From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative, patient, and genuinely committed to finding a home that met our needs. Our work schedules were very strict, which made attending open houses difficult, but he always went the extra mile to accommodate us. He scheduled private viewings in the evenings when possible, and when he couldn’t personally make it, he made sure someone was available to take us to see the homes. We never felt like our schedule was an inconvenience. He was professional, responsive, and truly made the home-buying process feel easier and less stressful. We’ve now been living in our home for just shy of two years, and we can honestly say we have absolutely no regrets. We love our home and are so grateful for all the time and effort he put into helping us find it. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely listens, communicates, and goes above and beyond for his clients!

Experiencia fantástica: The best real-estate office in town!!! Ricardo helped me purchase my first home. He not only made it super easy, he made sure to get us into houses to look at them right away, which is a must in the Yakima market. Houses here sell in a day or 2 tops. Ricardo made sure we saw the houses we were interested in the day of, made the offer process super easy, and helped us close early. If you want your dream house, this is the agency to use.

Experiencia negativa: This review is from Armando and I. This is about our experience with Ricardo Gonzalez, he is the owner of CW Real Estate. We got him to sell our home, this is the first time we have sold a home with anyone, and we didn't know what to expect from a realtor. Ricardo did not have a game plan on selling our house, he just said a price to start listing it so we did. It was on the market for 2 weeks and did not sell. In those 2 weeks, he contacted us a few times to lower the price on the home or a signature he needed. We would text him a Friday and he would not get back to us until Monday or Tuesday and only 1-word responses. As a professional, you do not reply with one word. He sucks in my opinion. You are paying someone 20k to sell your home, there are better realtors. If he has been doing this for many years, I expected more professionalism and great communication on his part. But he lacked all those skills. So I had to contact his wife and let her know I was upset about Ricardo, and she contacted him, and he contacted us immediately, we did not have a pleasant talk about his miscommunication and we ended up firing him and canceling the contract. This review has been a week after we hired another realtor and she has been communicating with us every step of the way without us having to feel like we are being annoying. She has had a game plan and she is on top of her game. She is excited to sell our home. That's the experience that you should have when selling your home. Not the experience we had with Ricardo. In our opinion, do not waste your time with Ricardo. He SUCKS and he is LAZY. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

While our track record demonstrates that we are attentive and committed, it appears that there may have been some miscommunication in this case. Experiencia fantástica: I came in one day to see if id be able to buy a home due to renting being dam near a mortage cost. I ended up spending a total of about 3000 in the whole home buying process which was way cheaper then I expected. If your ever looking to see if you qualify, I recommend hopping in warning small credit inqury. Experiencia fantástica: Nathan Howard is a breath of fresh air in a world of pressure sales. As your agent, he is there first and foremost to listen and answer questions. From the moment we met him, with his calm and unhurried demeanor, we knew this was going to work. We ended up purchasing the first house we looked at. It was a house we added it to our list at the last minute, and didn't remember that it was on the list the first day we went looking with him. It was not initially a consensus pick. It took us another 6 weeks of looking at many other homes before we made the offer. During that time, when we looked at homes, Nathan would stay with us but would wait for us to comment and ask questions. It was clear that he was watching our reactions to various features of homes to see what was working in them for us. There was no rush, Nathan clearly prefers to spend his time getting your reaction and getting to know you before making any sort of recommendation. That said, if you ask him a question, you'll get an honest answer. Whether that question is about a feature of a home, or whether he thinks the home is going to work for you, he'll tell you his honest opinion. He told us that it took him a while working with us to become convinced that the home we bought would be right for us. That right there is some of the highest praise I can give. We can all think of others who would be tempted to push the buyer at that point. A thoughtful and kind guy, keenly observant and unfailingly honest.
