And historical times I have always listed my homes myself However I had seen how good of a job a couple did utilizing social media to their advantage as well as other platforms. With the change in the market I decided to use the realtors and to my surprise it was fantastic! Not only did they come in and give us tips on how to get the house ready, but their marketing strategy was fantastic! The couple hired a professional photographer that really captured the beauty of the home, I can tell you that before we had even listed the home we had realtors messaging saying if our home looked any thing like the pictures we would have a full price offer that evening. The very first day we had two offers over asking price in a market where homes are now sitting. Jeremy was able to help us make educated decisions . Even though we had accepted an offer one day after we listed the home, the realtor still had set up an open house for the weekend so we could secure back up offers in case anything was to fall through. I would say that Jermy went above and beyond during the whole process, was very professional, punctual, informative, and responsive! After the Offer was excepted Jermy hired a team of cleaners to come in after we had moved out to help put the finishing touches on so the next family can enjoy moving into a clean beautiful home!
