Right from the start they made me feel at ease, talked to me like a friend and not a client sales based approach, and were completely hassle free. With all of that and more it was easy to decide to go with them as my realtor. I worked directly with Logan and he was very professional, prompt with responses to my questions, very patient in helping me find the right house for me and my fiance and making sure we didn't settle for anything we didn't want. We were anxious to sell within the Fall selling season, but we reached our decision to sell in early October and the house was not ready to list until late in the month. Martie did a great job staging the house, pricing it, and marketing it, and we had a solid contract on it within three weeks, at a final closing price about 10% above what we thought it would likely bring. Martie was highly responsive, clear in her communication, and courteous in applying her professional judgment to correct some of my uninformed ideas, while still letting me make the key decisions. We can't imagine how our experience with Martie could possibly be improved upon. And I'm not the "hype-it-up" kind of guy, so this is my honest and considered testimonial. Oh, and Martie's assistant Lisa is just as good!

Then once we made a trip to Goodlettesville, she and her office manager Lisa made our visit enjoyable and quite productive. They helped us find the right house and then patiently walked us through the process of purchasing real estate long distance. Experiencia fantástica: I first met Martie and Matt Burnett, when Matt supervised a beautiful and extensive kitchen renovation in my home. It was a huge project that ended up including replacing stairs, doors, flooring, as well as the kitchen itself, in a custom log home that made construction very challenging. The end result was absolutely gorgeous and functional! When I had to move for personal reasons, I had no hesitation in turning to Martie, who had been helpful with sources through the kitchen renovation, and knowing her husband Matt could stay on top of inspection repairs. Martie has been absolutely incredible. I have never met anyone who goes above and beyond the call of duty, to take the entire burden of selling homes off my shoulders and making it as efficient, quick, thorough, and advantageous as possible.
