While getting their affairs in order, I didn’t have time to do many of the things required to make a home ready to sell. Meta took care of everything. She was flexible about the date for getting the photographer scheduled and the date for putting the house on the market when I had to postpone my departure. The other agencies promise you the moon with a big dog and pony show, then basically get you up on the MLS and forget about you.
