Experiencia positiva: Recently sold out home with Inna, here are some pros and Cons we experienced! Pros: Kristen and Inna are nice and personable, and staged our home well for pictures and walkthroughs Cons: Communication could have been better; a more regular cadence of updates rather than having to ask for information/updates. Open houses: we had several open houses scheduled at odd times ( Thursday at 3pm before memorial day, 7pm on fathers day, etc). Not a pro or con, but we were lead to believe our home would sell much more quickly than it did (took about 4 months), even after listing it below appraisal and an additional price cut, but that could just be the crazy housing market. We were also locked in to a 6 month contract, so be aware of that.

Easy was exactly what we needed, considering we had three young children- one was only 3 weeks old- when we first reached out to her about wanting to sell.
