While that specific one didn't work out we decided to look at a few other properties and asked him to represent us as we are not from PA and the process was unfamiliar. After looking at quite a few houses we ultimately decided on one that he was listing. I feel that he treated us fairly and professionally and went out of his way to explain all steps of the process to us. Tom represented us fairly and we agreed on a good price with the owner. It is worth mentioning that Tom listened to our stated requirements in what we were looking for. Those were the kind of homes he showed us. There was no increase out of our stated price range and he was quick to mention if he thought that a house wasn't a good idea / fit. For the closing; Tracy was also top notch to deal with.
