This time we were on the Selling side, and our expectations (given our Buying experience with her) were each met and somehow still exceeded. She and her team ensured that we had a well-marketed home listing and that our offers were organized and presented concisely for comparison purposes. She/her team kept our close schedule on track so that nothing held up our quick-turn close date nor decreased the sales price.
