While this is our first purchase in South Carolina, it is not our first real estate purchase. From our first conversation, he demonstrated knowledge of the local market and was an exceptional communicator, always available by call, text, or email to answer our many questions. We were particularly impressed by weekly videos that really kept us up to speed as the house build progressed. We were also impressed by how Duane handled everything from a distance. Experiencia fantástica: We went to South Carolina for a few days with the intent of purchasing a home. We are not from the area and tried to look for homes without an agent. That didn’t last long. It was extremely stressful not knowing what areas to look in. I was staying in Nexton and figured I would reach out to a real estate agent that was local to help us with location and availability. I contacted Mark and he met us at a property within 25 minutes. After meeting him, he asked a lot of questions and wanted to understand what we were looking for in a home. That night he was showing us homes up until 9:30pm. We knew at that point on he was completely dedicated to finding us a home that would fit our families needs. Mark and Jeff went out to our house and took video of our house at every stage. They were with us at the design stage of our home. They worked with the builder to get our questions answered. They gave us pointers and referrals to things like lenders and personal inspectors to come out and inspect the house when it was needed.
