Experiencia negativa: I am the seller of a home this agent scheduled a showing for, not his client, but his conduct directly affected us. On a Saturday evening, we received a showing request at approximately 6:10 PM for a 7:30 PM appointment. We approved it and spent the next hour preparing our home. At 8:18 PM — nearly 40 minutes after the scheduled time, and after we had our house show-ready — the showing was rescheduled with no prior notice. Scheduling a last-minute showing and then rescheduling well past the appointment time, without any heads-up, is disruptive and inconsiderate to the sellers on the other end of these requests. I'd encourage other sellers and agents to factor this into their expectations when working with him.
