I had a few friends recommend their realtors but I never reached out to them. Tina came recommended by my mortgage company and I immediately called her. She got back to me very quickly. When we met in person we immediately hit it off. She is the sweetest person. Tina was also very honest with me, and I knew from the beginning she was someone I could trust to have my best interest in mind. It’s a crazy market right now with sale prices going way above asking. I’m sure many realtors would have had me throwing money at the properties just to get one and be done with a customer. Not Tina!. She quickly learned what I liked and didn’t like in a home. She made sure I didn’t offer more than a property was worth even though it would have resulted in a much higher commission for her. She put my needs before her own and she was great to reassure me that “the right house” was out there. S She was right!! Tina offered great advice and helped me get my absolute dream home!! Tina made the process seamless. She did an amazing job of staging the house! The little changes she made here and there allowed the house to not only show great but photograph well. She took care of arranging for a cleaner and painter to come in and do some minor touch ups, all of which took the pressure off us.
