Experiencia fantástica: We had an excellent experience selling our home in Carmel with Jennil. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and aggressive. She supported our proposed sale price and quickly secured a buyer who was willing to pay that price and inserted a favorable condition, which we would not have thought of ourselves, in the counteroffer. She arranged for a stager to advise me on how to organize the house for photos, staged our house after we moved out, and set up two photoshoots to ensure we were putting the best photos possible on the listing. She also hired a service to thoroughly clean our home after we moved out. There were a couple of minor hiccups, such as Jennil/her team telling me the wrong time for the photoshoot and some typos on the sale documents, but I really appreciated that Jennil immediately took accountability and corrected the issues. We would definitely work with Jennil again and will recommend her to all of our friends in the area.

Experiencia negativa: I understand that when you list your expertise as a luxury home agent, you want to project your image as particular, almost discriminatory. We made an offer on a home she had listed and apparently she was so offended by the offer that she never responded to us or our real estate agent, even after multiple attempts from our camp to establish a report with her. She then responded after over a week stating that the listing was removed from the market (which it actually wasn't). We found out that the home sold a few months later....for the amount we offered! There is a fine line between unprofessional and particular and Ms. Salazar has blurred that line. We will certainly keep this gross misconduct in mind during our future luxury home searches.
