Along with her colleague Carrie, she toured several homes with us at short notice, helping us to refine our search. After we were already back out of town, we found a home online that we were interested in. Shelley and Carrie did a detailed walkthrough for us over video, which helped us to make our decision. In person, it was even better. She took time to review the comps in the area, helped us to get to know the neighborhood, met with us at various times of the day, lined up contractors to give us estimates for items we had noticed, and helped navigate us through the entire process. After moving in, we were greeted with a wonderful, personalized welcome basket that reflected stories that we had shared with her. Later, when we discovered additional maintenance issues, she jumped right in to help us figure out the best options. The next time we buy a home, we'll give her a call.

Experiencia fantástica: Because of my husband’s job, we often have to move. Whether renting or buying a house, I’ve done it all by myself over the years. This time moving across the country bringing us to Olympia. I spent awhile searching online for real estate agents until I found Shelley Jones. I emailed her that night and tried to outline what we’re look for when buying a house. The next day she and her sister, Carrie Hammond showed us six houses. I had to say that their warm personalities really won my heart in the first place. Despite living in Olympia previous, we faced lots of pressures, from high house prices, low inventory, and outdated conditions of the houses, we had a hard time to find a home. These two sisters were always able to calm our anxiety. When we had questions, they responded right away, and followed up with us. 6 months of house hunting, we finally found our house. But we have yet another issue, we were getting ready to go out of the country during the closing time for the house. Closing “quick and on time” was a challenge for us. The bank we often work with was unable to complete the loan process before we were scheduled to leave the country. Shelley and Carrie jumped in and helped us find a trusted local lender. With their help finding a local lender we had very smooth closing process and were able to complete everything before leaving the country. The whole team was amazing, we really appreciated it. We thought that was the last time I would need to contact them about this house... A month after the Closing, we finally moved into the new home. Quickly we found a undocumented water feature coming from the ceiling. Because it was after 10 PM on Saturday, we emailed Shelley. She contacted us immediately the next day with plans to figure out what happened and next best steps. On Monday, the inspectors came to investigate. Tuesday problem was solved. Once again, their professionalism, quick reactions, and warm personalities really impressed us. We will definitely work with them if we have to move again. They will be our ONLY choice.
