Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately for me, Sam Nassar was not familiar with the market in Great Falls, Virginia. This group wanted to undersell my house and was recommending a “bidding war “. The entire experience was a nightmare and once it was over, Sam Nassar pocketed his commission and never followed up with a thank you. If you want someone who does the bare minimum, attempts to undersell your house and take a piece of the pie without a thank you, then by all means this is your group! I, personally cannot recommend this company.
