He is a disgrace to realtors based on how he has worked with his recent client and how he has worked with those trying to buy property. Upon calling to ask about the property he would not even talk with us without an agent. He forced the selling agent to use all of the 6% so the agents would get their cut. He couldn't provide proper facts about the home he was selling, forcing the buyers to meet with the seller directly to get home facts.
