Experiencia negativa: I truly give it zero stars. Don't work with Matthew Barrett. He did nothing to sell my home. He would not return calls to myself or the attorney closing on the house. He lied to me about work being done and tried to charge me for things I did not agree too. He was supposed to mail me something right after the house sold it has been two months. The friend that recommended him has gotten free Hilcats ticket and a free pie and his house sold also. I got nothing because I told him what I was not happy with. He said he didn't have my address well obviously he doesn't read emails because he had it the whole time. I also asked that Elite call me regarding this and no return call. This business is a true winner.

Experiencia negativa: My husband & I were interested in (1358 S. Coolwell Road, Madison Heights, Va.) Our person realtor contacted them for additional information we wanted, 2 days later he received it..no additional photos as we requested. Zillow had connected us to Jake Cox, our questions were answered also and we felt confident enough to drive from Oklahoma to Virginia to see this promising future home. Jake informed us that he had a charity event he would be attending, and another agent;(Ethan Chase) would show the home. My husband arrived a little early and went straight to the property. What Elite Reality has on Zillow IS completely misleading!!! Where large trees were on each side of the house, was now cut down and two homes replaced on each side! Heavy equipment and construction mess surrounding the main home. We asked about the roof, was told 5 yrs old. No, more like 20 yrs old! Electrical panel was removed from the barn ..electric wires ripped down. Fences were bulldozed into a heap. Everything was a total misleading mess!! What was being posted on Zillow had recently been updated! Am amazed at anyones ethics and conscience to allow us to believe and drive half way across United States to see a property so messed up! We were moving a family and livestock…just completely shocked this could happen. For shame Elite Realtors! ******* Just seen your reply. You are the owner and Ofcourse received “Hear Say” from Jake Cox. It would have been Soooo simple to explain on speaker phone 2 additional houses were built on each side of the home. Telling us another agent “that knows the place well was 10 minutes out. Would stop take a video and send it to me. I could then call my husband on the road to turn around. There were 16 hours that honesty could have been disclosed. No one was honest. Zillow has it off the market due to missing information and facts. Just simple honestly & truth…makes a company great. Repeat….”For Shame!”

Upon meeting him in my home I knew he was the man for my realty purposes. I explained that I needed guidance because this situation was something new to me. This is in reference to a very poor review given him from Kayla yancey who is the new owner of my home sold by Jake cox. Apparently she thought my furnishings were hers . Nothing had ever been placed in my contract concerning possessions of mine that would convey with the home. Jake had been promised certain items in September well before Kayla even viewed my home for sale in february ! Everything Jake removed was by my authorization well before hand. Therefore there is no reason for Kayla yancey to post such a negative review ofJake. She also spoke of my neighborswho told her that jake was removing items. My neighbors had never been told any of my wishes, therefore they themselves spoke well out of turn with no knowledge of the situation. It's very unfair and quite rude of Kayla Yancy to post anything negative ofJake. As far as house keys missing i left 2 bags of keys for kayla on my kitchen counter. If 1 key was missing those bags had more than 15 keys left for her. Again, no reason for any negativity towards Jake. Kayla should have gotten up here to actually say how blessed she was that i left behind many items of furniture and appliances for her. Apparently her negativity is more feeling entitled than thankful, and I feel sorry that Kayla feels she needs to bring such attention to herself. Never feel entitled Kayla. It will get you no where. .

Experiencia negativa: Was linked with Jake Cox through Zillow because I was looking at a particular home in the area. I am pre approved and ready to buy a home. I requested a floor plan for the house, Jake offered to send a virtual tour (I am not in the area). I attempted to follow up after several days had passed where I heard nothing back and never got any response. Very unprofessional. I would recommend finding another realtor.

Rikki showed us many homes and helped with all the questions we had! She is trustworthy (which is really important when you are busy a house remotely and have to trust your realtor to tell you things like if the house has a strong cat urine odor (true story).
