Horrible customer service. Britany is incredibly rude and not sure why anyone would rent through them or have their home managed by them. BAD BAD BAD. DO NOT USE.

They may have a good %, but when you add up EVERYTHING else, I was very unpleased and am taking my business elsewhere. Warning. Go over all the fees before committing here.

Experiencia positiva: We lived at CALA in a downstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for 9 months. The unit was new but had quite a few minor issues with the finishes. After being assured we wouldn't be blamed for defective floor transitions, we were charged $250 on move out. This was a petty thing to blame on us for their inferior product. Overall we liked living there except for bad sound proofing between units. We could hear many kitchen noises from side neighbor. Then when someone moved in upstairs, with heavy walking, on the hard floors, the noise became obnoxious & woke us up frequently. We complained to management but the problem continued. Luckily we were able to move out a few months later. These units were insufficiently sound proofed especially with consideration of having hard flooring. There were however many positives of great pine tree views, nice gathering park with BBQ, w/d in unit, great garage parking/storage & a fair price considering multiple utilities were free.

Experiencia fantástica: PERSONAL is the word that sums up my time with Peak Property Solutions. When an issue comes up I get a call or an email. We discus it, communicate. It is a pleasure compared to form letters and canned presentations. I wish they managed the condo I live in out of state!

I am a little disappointed that the outside of the units in the complex haven’t been painted & kept nicer. I understand the crazy weather in Prescott doesn’t help. However, I feel there should have been better planning on this maintenance. Not only are they beautiful, I feel safe here. It is quiet and the surrounding Pines are the perfect view. The management is spot on. My few requests for maintenance have been replied to very quickly. I don’t feel like there’s any apartments around this area that equal these, especially with having a garage!

I can count on one hand how many times I've had to contact them about certain things and they were all quickly resolved. The landlord trusts me with their property and in return I do my best to take care of it. I've had only one exterior inspection since living here and that was only because I was in a rough spot and let the property get a little messy. I promptly cleaned everything that same week and they approved and that was it. So far I'm very happy with Peak.
