Experiencia fantástica: I live in California, and had a plot of land in Prescott AZ which I needed to sell. I had already listed the property with 4 different agents, all with the same outcome - Zero communication, and not one offer. I was just about to give up when I ran across some positive reviews on Prescott Realtor, Derek Nanke. I decide to give it one last try, and listed the property for sale with him. Derek was exceptional. Living out of state was intimidating, but Derek made the process effortless. He was always willing to go above and beyond. He was incredibly communicative, and always available to take my calls. He continually answered all my questions while keeping me thoroughly informed throughout the process. When asked, Derek always gave his honest opinion about each offer that came in. His negotiations with interested buyers was always swift, and his strategy during the negotiation phase was both helpful and impressive. He truly had my best interests at heart. I am so incredibly grateful that I found Derek, as he was the one to get the job done when others had failed. He truly cares about his clients, and it shows. You will not find a more Patient, Personable, Hard working, Professional and Honest Realtor. I would highly recommend Derek to anyone looking to buy/sell their home or property. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Derek Nanke is a resourceful, honest, diligent, and thoughtful professional realtor. We moved from out of state and selected him after calling on a listing he presented in The Ranch in Prescott. After answering our numerous questions via phone, we relocated and he showed us the property twice-4 hours total. We didn’t purchase that house; however; we decided to seek his representation on a future purchase-despite the fact that we had a friend/realtor in Phoenix who was willing to offer her services for free. Derek was aware of this fact while he showed us his listing. His main focus was getting the listing sold for his client who he put first. The kindness he expressed and his willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done lifted our spirits. We knew he was our guy. We were not disappointed. We found the perfect house for our needs and the process was a breeze. He has contacts for every trade, and service plus those relationships are cemented in trust and experience build over his lifetime in the Prescott area. Derek is a “win win” guy in the negotiating process. He provided us with cogent evidence on the market which avoided any unnecessary drama or gamesmanship working with the sellers. We are grateful we found Derek and recommend him without reservation.

Experiencia fantástica: I was an out of state buyer looking to buy a second home in Prescott Valley. After being ignored by several agents, Derek was the only one who responded out of all the agents I tried. I let him know I was not ready to buy at that time and that it would be 6 months to a year before I was ready. And I wanted someone who knows the area well and is willing to answer my questions about the area and homes as they came up. He was patient and answered all my questions promptly and honestly over the years time. When it came time for us to visit the area for the first time he volunteered to show us around for 2 days. My wife is disabled and on the first day Derek helped me take care of my wife’s needs when her blood sugar went low. And after that he made sure she was as comfortable as possible the rest of the day and on the second day. I could not have asked for a better agent and friend. We eventually did buy a home in Prescott Valley using him and we are excited to be moving to such a beautiful area. Since that time we have stayed in touch and we are grateful to Derek and his wife June for all the help they have provided to us before we move there. I could not have asked for a better experience and now we have a new family to add to ours. In Hawaiian we call them Ohana.
