We were buying and selling homes simultaneously, and it became apparent that their value goes well beyond the administration of the process. With not being local, we were worried about how we were going to deal with everything concerning his estate. We needed to deal with the contents of the home, prepping the home for sale and getting it on the market. We were referred to the Luxury Prescott team, specifically Gwen Holloway and Elena Sanwick. We made one trip out to Prescott to meet with them and by the time our meeting was over, we had a plan. We walked through the home together, discussed pricing and timing and they answered all our questions. They helped us connect immediately with a business that packs and manages the sale of everything in the home. Gwen and Elena worked closely with them and our involvement was minimal. Then, they worked with us to secure some local vendors/contractors to prep the house for selling and helped manage the day-to-day process. Finally, they listed the home and already had potential buyers lined up to see it! It sold quickly and from there they continued to manage every aspect of the sale through close.
