Throughout the three home transactions we have worked with her on she has been patient with us, communicated effectively, shown great knowledge of processes and had good market insight. We purchased our first home for less than the asking price, sold it for more than “asking”, then bought another home for less than the asking price. My wife and I were put in contact with Susan through a referral in 2015 then purchased of our first home with her help a few months later. Susan introduced us to a mortgage broker we have now used several times, including refinancing, and patiently walked us through the home buying process. Experiencia fantástica: In 2020 we decided to move when our youngest was out of HS. Although we kept the home updated over the years, we knew there was still some work that needed to be done. We invited Susan to our home to get her opinion on what she thought we needed to do to get our nearly 15 year old home ready to sell. We knew she had lived in our neighborhood at one point, was well known and respected in the community, and was a realtor for a friend who had successfully sold their home a few months prior. She walked through and gave helpful tips on what we could do to get top dollar when the time came to list. During the 4 years that passed, she was always available to answer questions that related to the house, even though we hadn't "officially" said she'd be our realtor. Come early spring 2024 we were ready to list. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, comps, when to list and how much to list for. She walked us through the negotiating process of a couple of different offers. Navigated our way through the first failed contract and onto the second. Kept our blood pressure down during the first failed financing of a contract onto the second financing. Calmed our nerves when the first closing date came and went and the second closing date was scheduled. And even handed me a tissue during the closing when the tears were flowing as I signed the deed over, after 18 years in our family home, to the new owners. She earned EVERY penny of her commission. And the craziest thing? She actually said after the closing "Thank you for hiring me to sell your house". Like we wouldn't have after all the help she gave us over the years getting it ready to sell!? The thought never even crossed our minds to use someone else. That just shows how humble and unassuming she is. We really couldn't recommend Susan enough to anyone looking for a realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: As first-time home buyers, we’ve done as much research as possible before contacting Susan Kliesen to be as prepared as possible, but it was astonishing just how much we didn’t know that we didn’t know about the entire home buying process. We had some real-estate agents that did not work well with us but as soon as one of our friends recommended that we work with Susan, she immediately clicked with us and was an absolute pleasure to work with!
